  • I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve optimal wellness through personalized, evidence-based approaches that honor the interconnected nature of whole body health.

  • My personal story combined with my passion for food and helping others, drives my commitment to uncovering root causes of health challenges.

  • I believe food is a beautiful gift meant to nourish and heal, and I'm here to help you rediscover that joy while addressing your unique health needs with compassion, empathy, and the latest science backed protocols!

  • I focus on prioritizing whole foods first that are rich in micro and macronutrients to support whole body health, with the addition of supplements when absolutely needed to balance deficiencies, manage conditions, or optimize health. My view of "diets" is not following a fad, but rather having eating become a personalized practice or way of life. There is not a one-size-fits-all diet, nor a diet trend that can be used for all individuals. I take an evidence-based approach to finding the best fit whole-food dietary pattern while examining the conditions, lifestyle, and preferences of the client. Each client brings a wide array of unique individualizing aspects including various religions, taste preferences, allergies/intolerances, and socioeconomic status. I feel it is incredibly important that we not demonize certain foods or food groups, nor aim for perfection with our diet. Instead, aiming on educating clients on foods that must remain as “sometimes foods” (the ultra-processed, refined, and fast-food options). In contrast, to promote whole foods that can be eaten in large amounts each day to promote health, resilience, and longevity. I aim to provide actionable and achievable goals for each client that promotes creativity and joy around food to create and maintain a sustainable lifestyle.

  • I believe that food is a powerful tool for healing and that every individual deserves personalized, compassionate care that honors their unique health journey. My approach combines evidence-based protocols with deep empathy, recognizing that optimal wellness comes from addressing root causes while supporting the whole person—body, and mind.

  • Working with me means receiving attentive, personalized support as you navigate your health goals.
